I have booked a flat in Shreya developwell's project at Raj Nagar extension on NH 58, Ghaziabad. I booked the flat in Feburary 2008. When I booked the flat, I was told that the 3BHK flat construction will start in couple of months as currently they are working for the block for 2BHK flats. At that time construction was in full swing for 2BHK flats, so it seemed good progressing project. However when I later visited the site after 2-3 months, the project seemed to came to halt.
When I contacted the management people about the same, they had their excuses ready that there were some plan change of the project etc etc. Now I visited the site last month and found the project still in same shape, no sign of work for any new block construction, even the 2BHK towers are still at same stage as they were about 3-4 months back.
At the time of booking, the project was promised to completed by Sep 09-Dec 09. With the delays as described above, when contact Mr. Sareen, he mentioned that the construction shall start in couple months. God knows when their these "couple of months" will be over and they will start with the construction. Moreover Mr. Sareen also mentioned that now the anticipated delivery is Jun 2010 (which I personally feel will not before Dec 2010 if they really start the regular construction in couple of months).
With this post, I intend that all other people similar like me who have purchased the flat in this project; to get together so that we collectively get together and press their managament to either do the construction in full swing or refund the money.

ReplyDeleteI have also booked a 2BHK in Hindon Heights in 2008. But now it looks that this is the worst decision I have ever taken. This project is in a very bad shape and no progress is done from last couple of month. I recently visited the site and conditions are getting worst day by day. No satisfactory answer is given by Shreya management. Some forum on yahoo has already been started by shreya victims.

LTD. has also mortgaged the land of the project to PNB housing Finance Ltd. to raise more funds to purchase more land. Now Builder is saying that he has no money to complete the project.
The Allotees of the Flats have formed an Association namely "Hindon Heights Flats Allotees Association" (Registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860) having its office at R-8/81, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad , in the month of May, 2009 and was registered on 31st July, 2009
