As Shreya developwell for the Hindo heights project on NH 58, has offered EMI sharing scheme to its customers, where the builder will pay a fixed amount cheques to share the interest part of the EMI for the 18 months (some were also offered EMI sharing till possesion) of Rs. 23K . Now the interesting part is that these EMI cheques have started bouncing. For own flat, three cheques have bounced in row (Nov, Dec 08 and Ja 09). Also I have come to know that this is not only this situation with my cheques but with all the other customers under the same scheme. When Mr. Sareen is contacted for this, he mentions they had temporary problem with their bank and it is sorted, however the problem resurfaces evey month. So I am wondering what the financial situation of the company is. When the company can not have the cheques cleared from the bank, we imagine do they have money for building the whole project which require money in Crores. In this scenario this EMI sharing scheme is nothing but a Joke to all the people who showed confidence in this new builder and purchased the flat. I request my friends who have purchased flat to unite so that we can press these guys to do what they are suppose to do.

Delay in project
Hi All,
I have booked a flat in Shreya developwell's project at Raj Nagar extension on NH 58, Ghaziabad. I booked the flat in Feburary 2008. When I booked the flat, I was told that the 3BHK flat construction will start in couple of months as currently they are working for the block for 2BHK flats. At that time construction was in full swing for 2BHK flats, so it seemed good progressing project. However when I later visited the site after 2-3 months, the project seemed to came to halt.
When I contacted the management people about the same, they had their excuses ready that there were some plan change of the project etc etc. Now I visited the site last month and found the project still in same shape, no sign of work for any new block construction, even the 2BHK towers are still at same stage as they were about 3-4 months back.
At the time of booking, the project was promised to completed by Sep 09-Dec 09. With the delays as described above, when contact Mr. Sareen, he mentioned that the construction shall start in couple months. God knows when their these "couple of months" will be over and they will start with the construction. Moreover Mr. Sareen also mentioned that now the anticipated delivery is Jun 2010 (which I personally feel will not before Dec 2010 if they really start the regular construction in couple of months).
With this post, I intend that all other people similar like me who have purchased the flat in this project; to get together so that we collectively get together and press their managament to either do the construction in full swing or refund the money.
